You will find four filters in this section: All, Chats, Threads,,Favorites, and Sections.

Select “All” to display every conversation in one view.

Select “Chats” to view direct conversations and group chats.

Select “Threads” to review threaded discussions and ongoing topics.

Click the three-dot menu on any chat to mark it as read, mute notifications, or add it to favorities.

Select “Favorites” to quickly access your marked conversations.

Select “Sections” to view all your chats divided by categories.
