Type retrospective in the chat — the suggestion appears automatically.

Select “Board Retrospective” — the board opens with two sections.

Name the board (optional) and set a time limit if needed.

Tap ”+ Add” in each column to add items — Went Well for positives, Went Wrong for improvements.

Send — all group members can add, view, and discuss the board together.
